We offer two different product groups, which allow us to cover rooms of all sizes. We offer the CompactLine as well as the ScentecLine, which is used for large-scale showrooms.
The main difference is the operating principles. While the CompactLine, which is a plug-and-play system, is placed in the room and offers an impressive compact size, the ScentecLine offers more technology and performance and can be used in rooms of any size.
The CompactLine is 22 × 22 × 22 cm, large enough to function optimally, but also small and subtle enough to blend in with the rest of your room’s furnishings. In terms of the ScentecLine, the size is less important because it is usually installed in a utility room. It measures 40 × 30 × 20 cm.
That depends on a number of factors such as the intended purpose, the size of your room, the surrounding environment, etc. We recommend giving us a quick ring – we will be happy to advise you.
The CompactLine is designed as a plug-and-play device: simply plug it in and you’re good to go! All you need to do is adjust the intensity of the scent on a scale of 1 to 10. The operating times are pre-programmed, but they are very easy to change. The ScentecLine has to be assembled and installed by our technicians. This ensures that the scent channels and outlet nozzles are properly and professionally installed.
Cartridges generally last for around three months. We offer a scent subscription service, so you never have to worry about reordering cartridges.
All of our products use a highly effective odour neutraliser. The principle of our products is: first and foremost, neutralise all unpleasant odours, then emit a pleasant scent at the desired intensity. This is because covering up unpleasant odours with scents is unprofessional, and therefore does not constitute a functional solution.
Yes. All of our products come with a legal two-year warranty. Moreover, customers who sign up for our scent subscription service receive a warranty extension of up to five years.
